There will also be a powerful, turbocharged version of the same displacement, power 176 horsepower. This engine will be available with the optional seven-speed transmission with double clutch. The base 1.7-liter CRDi, as before, produces 115 horsepower and the power is transferred to the wheels by a six-speed manual transmission.
Turbo diesel engine 2.0 liter and will continue to be available in two versions with 136 horsepower and 184 horsepower. Standard version in this case the manual transmission 6-speed, while available with an optional dual clutch.
Hyundai has unveiled in Geneva and 2016 Hyundai Tucson 48V Hybrid. It is a version of the operating system which is comprised of the aforementioned turbo diesel engine with 136 hp and an electric motor that produces 14 hp. The total combined power is 150 hp and maximum torque reaches 413 Nm. Korean manufacturer claims that CO2 emissions due to the use of electric motors driving down to 109 g/km.

To drive the charge 1.7-liter diesel engine with 115 horsepower and a seven-speed dual clutch gearbox and electric motor of 68 horsepower which force is transmitted to the rear wheels, resulting in a 4×4.
The 2016 Hyundai Tucson is equipped with lithium-ion batteries from 10.7 kWh and can move solely on electric power, with the autonomy of up to 50 km. The total combined power of the system is 183 horsepower and maximum torque 474 Nm. According to factory data, Plug-In hybrid emits only 48 grams of CO2 per kilometer.
